I canceled fast and didn’t see any weird extra charges after, so I’m calling that a good billing experience. I guess if canceling is simple then the billing side is probably decent too.

well... I ran into a small issue on krabot.com and wasn’t sure if support would get back to me anytime soon.

They replied quickly and actually seemed to read what I wrote, which I appreciated. It didn’t feel like one of those copy-and-paste answers.

They helped me figure it out without making it confusing or dragging things out. Overall, I was happy with the support and I’d use it again.

krabot was easy to get started with. The setup didn’t take too long, and most of the steps were clear enough, even for someone like me who isn’t super technical.
Using it day to day is okay, but I did find myself clicking around more than I wanted just to find basic stuff. A few parts feel clunky, and it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving — just when I thought I understood how something worked, there’d be another setting or step that wasn’t really explained. It works fine overall, but it’s not as smooth as I was hoping.

So far, the login and account settings feel secure, which is nice. I do appreciate the extra checks, even if a few of the alerts take their sweet time and make the system feel a little less polished than it probably wants to be. Still, I haven’t had any issues with my account, so I can’t really complain too much.

The results were laid out clearly, which I appreciated. I’ll admit it took me a minute to figure out a few parts, but that’s probably just me being a little tired and rushing through it. Overall, it felt honest and easy enough to follow.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, it feels like money well spent. For the price I paid, the quality and overall experience have been better than I expected.
